These three Eastern European figures are built up in roughly hewn volumes. The central cellist is flanked by two musicians with invisible wind instruments. The figures bob up and down to the rhythm of their melody, their facial expressions surrendered to the tune. This group, again rendered with profound humour, is endowed with a dreamlike quality of a past that has gone forever.
